I mean if this is just not the most TGIF Friday ever, I don’t know what is. This 5 on Friday post got me by when I was writing it up y’all!
To think I believed I would get at least one Provence post up this week, ha (sneak peek photo below and on Instagram)! Long story short, we arrived “home” to no hot water and also no cold water in the bathroom at all, meaning we couldn’t flush our toilet or take a shower (yuck!).
I’m currently writing this post from a pretty sweet Airbnb where some lovely locals here in London took pity and cut us a deal so we could find a place in the budget our landlords gave us until things are hopefully fixed on Saturday (mind you, after a long day of negotiating with them).
Nothing like a little online shopping and other fun links to get my spirits up though!
(Please know this post contains affiliate links which means when you click or make a purchase from one of my links, the retailer sends me a small commission. Thank you for supporting my little blog!)
{ONE} Lilly Pulitzer’s Newest Print – Coral Reef Tint Chimpoiserie
Indulge me on one non-Nordstrom Anniversary sale shopping find? Not one but four of y’all sent me this dress directly and said it was a “must have” for my palm-loving heart. YES! Couldn’t agree more, y’all know me. 🙂 Ok but then when I saw the (machine washable!) top and the little girls dress with the PALM LACE trim, I was dead. So good!!!
{TWO} L’Occitane Imortelle Precious Cream
When I randomly found out that the L’Occitane factory was a five minute detour off our route from Ménerbes to Valensole, I knew we had to check it out. So on our way back from the lavender fields we popped in. If you’re making this same trip and pass through Manosque, it’s worth the mini detour to see the factory, garden, museum, and shop where the products are made – that is, if you’re a fan of the brand and skincare overall. Otherwise, save your time for exploring more of a certain city.
I tried a ton of their creams and lotions (as did Sully haha) and fell in love with the Imortelle line. I wasn’t looking to drop a ton of money considering I’m now stocked up on my favorite One Love Organics Skin Dew moisturizer, but I did love the Imortelle Precious Cream which is the bottom of the three tiers of this line.
It’s been awesome from the smell to the thicker texture, to its 20 SPF. My makeup has gone on really smooth over the top of it too. So far, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new moisturizer! Get yours here.
PS: If you’re a nerd like me and want to learn more about the brand, see the history on their website. The museum had soap processes and machines dating back to the 1800s, but the brand was officially founded in 1976 when 23-year-old Olivier Baussan sold rosemary oil from a truck in the markets in Provence. So neat!

{THREE} Madewell High Waisted Button Front Jeans
My two favorite dark pair of jeans both have holes in them so I am in desperate need of a pair of darker wash jeans. These are absolutely top of my list with the high button waist. They’re marked down to $95 from $143.
I’ve also been eyeing these Good American jeans, these “Instasculpt” jeans and Paige is one of my favorite brands that rarely go on sale, so these are a major contender.
{FOUR} A Moto Jacket
Ok help me decide you guys… one with the hood, the open cowl neck, or the suede one. Let me know!
I’m also really digging this fleece coat and SO in love with this Ted Baker jacket even though it is a splurge. Ok and everyone needs a classic short Patagonia puffer right?!
{FIVE} Sweaters – Especially this striped one!
I’ve already seen how much I’m going to need sweaters here in London, and this lightweight striped one really has my eye.
How fun is this colorblock one though?! Also eyeing this shorter one with high waisted jeans. Not to mention the great cardigans, especially this one from Barefoot Dreams and this cocoon one.
Not listed above… basics! Like this bra which has rave reviews, these socks that stay up, t-shirts like this white one and this peplum one, and finally these comfy low priced pjs.
I always pick up a Patagonia for Sully and a pair of UGGs for her too, she loves them.
What are you guys eyeing?!
